A 62-year-old patient complained of changes in the nail plates of the fingers. According to the patient, the changes began 20 years ago with a gradual deterioration in his condition. The patient's skin and mucousa are not involved. During clinical examination, there is a change in the integrity of the nail plate, growth of the skin of the proximal nail fold towards the nail bed (dorsal pterygum) with splitting of the nail. On the nail plate of the second finger of the right hand. Dermoscopic examination reveals triangular growth of the skin of the proximal ridge, nail separation on the free edge and multiple longitudinal grooves
